🕒 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
After 7 days, no refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Final sale items


📩 How to Start a Return

Email us at teeglidrip@gmail.com with:

  • Subject: “Return Request – [Your Order #]”

  • A brief reason for return

  • Photos of the item

  • Proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll get a confirmation email

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We may deduct value for damaged or incomplete returns


🌍 International Orders

We gladly accept returns from international customers under the same 7-day policy.
However:

  • All return shipping, customs fees, and taxes are your responsibility

  • We do not refund duties, VAT, or international taxes

  • Please use a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return packages
